At no time has The Stop-Gaps Cultural Academy rested on its laurels. Their latest virtual concert, ‘In His Time’, on their YouTube channel aims to raise funds for the COVID relief activities of the Centre for Social Action, Mumbai. The concert will feature acclaimed singers from Mumbai and across the world as well as the newly formed Stop-Gaps Global Choral Ensemble and the much loved Stop-Gaps Junior Choral Ensemble.

Among the soloists are Marianne D’Cruz Aiman, Asif Ali Beg, Keshia Braganza, Zervaan Bunshah, Gwen Dias, Suzanne D’Mello, Sisters DNA, Allegra D’Souza(New Zealand), Enrico D’Souza (Hongkong), Reverentia and NYZ Music, In His Service (Chennai); and will be compered by Angela Almeida.

“Music has kept us together in these trying times, and we are privileged to have the opportunity to use this platform to raise funds for those less fortunate. I am grateful to all the singers who have so willingly participated in this concert and selflessly given of their time.”, said Alfred J D’Souza, Director of the Stop-Gaps Cultural Academy.

Fr Joseph Gonsalves, Director of the Centre for Social Action said, “This last year has deeply impacted those afflicted by COVID. We will be raising funds for our COVID relief efforts during the show via online donations, and we hope that all our viewers open up their hearts and purse strings generously to support this cause.”
